By installing or using Peak Savings ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Peak Savings reads bank-statement PDFs on your device and presents a breakdown of your spending, savings, and recurring charges. It is an informational tool to help you understand your own money. It is currently a free, private test build and is provided for evaluation.
Peak Savings does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Figures shown are derived from the statements you provide and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying anything important and for your own financial decisions. Always check against your bank's official records.
As a test build, the app may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time, and features may be added or removed without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation during testing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on figures shown by the app or from any inaccuracy in reading a statement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The app, its design, and its content are owned by Peak Savings and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you; you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
The app is provided through Apple's App Store and TestFlight and is also subject to Apple's terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
