Effective 30 June 2026 · Peak Savings (iOS)
We want to be completely unambiguous: Peak Savings does not collect, receive, store, transmit, sell, or share any of your information. There is no exception hidden further down this page. In plain terms:
The app never transmits anything on its own. It includes a few optional actions that, when you tap them, hand information to iOS's standard Share sheet so that you can send it wherever you choose. Even then, it does not go to a Peak Savings server — we don't have one:
None of this happens automatically or in the background. If you never tap "share" and never email us, nothing about you ever reaches us.
App data lives in Peak Savings' private storage on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes its data with it. If you use iCloud device backups, your iPhone backup is governed by Apple's iCloud terms, not by us.
Peak Savings is distributed through Apple's App Store and TestFlight, so Apple — separately from us — may collect some information under Apple's own privacy policy (for example, crash logs and basic TestFlight usage). That is Apple's processing, which we do not control and which still sends nothing to us. Apart from Apple's distribution platform, Peak Savings uses no third-party analytics, advertising, SDKs, or data brokers of any kind.
Peak Savings is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Because your data stays on your device, you are in control: you can remove all imported data from inside the app at any time, and uninstalling removes everything.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date above.
